The breathtaking view of Mount Etna greeted us every morning, reminding us of nature's magnificence. The lovely swimming pool was never crowded, making it our happy retreat.
The room could use a little facelift as some decor felt outdated. we faced delays during breakfast, which detracted from an otherwise lovely experience.

villa sonia has a cute balcony that offers stunning views. the swimming pool is a fantastic spot to unwind. it’s conveniently located just over an hour from etna and close enough to the beaches while still allowing for some peace and quiet. the staff, especially one cleaning lady, were incredibly kind and made us feel welcome.

Staying here with my family was incredible! The panoramic views of Mt. Etna are something else, and the large pool area allowed us to relax while the kids played. The short walk to Castelmola was perfect for enjoying its delightful atmosphere and charm.

villa sonia is a beautifull hotel with amazing views! the location is just perfect, overlooking mounts etna. the staff were super friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable. breakfast on the terrace was a dream with delicious pastries and great coffee. the pool area was chill and a great place to relax.
the food in the restaurant was kinda hit and miss, and we had some issues with the room's ventilation which made it smell bad at times.

Had a blast! The classic double room was super spacious, and I had a private balcony with a view of Mount Etna. The breakfast included fresh pastries and local cheeses, and the outdoor pool was perfect for relaxing. Plus, the free shuttle made it easy to get to Taormina.
